Email from 10/5/10
Hi Everybody,
Please see the email below from Kara regarding payment for this month. Thank ya!
Also we talked the other night about having a “make-up” party during one of the Thursday night practices to get us more on the same page about make up and hair. Sarah’s mom volunteered to guide us through how to apply the makeup so we all look uniform. Does this Thursday work for you guys???
Sarah’s mom has also volunteered to purchase the make-up and hairspray for us. She will let us know how much we owe her.
Still be thinking of ideas for that Halloween party on the 28th. Kayla said we can party during practice that night since they will have just completed their first competition. She did mention to be sure to let them wear shorts under their costumes should the need to b/c she’ll have them out running around playing games and such. We can talk more about it at practice.

T'weed News
Ok I got a LOONNGGG email from Kara this afternoon so I’ll hit the highlights for you. A lot of it I will just copy & paste from her email so here we go:
We are getting warm ups for the girls this year. They should be sizing our girls in the next weeks for them. They are black, white and our teal/baby blue color like on the uniforms.
Tweeds & Broos: we are still waiting on shoe samples to come in so we can size y'all for shoes. When they do come in I will get every sized so we can place an order.
(I have asked for confirmation that this means the shoes come with the uniform – will get back to you on this – Mh)
Bloomers: the Tweeds will receive black bloomers with their uniform.
Tweeds & Broos: bows will come with your uniform, they are white and black with black sequins.
And here’s the biggie:
The Cheernation competition at the BJCC on Oct 30th has been moved to Oct 24th and as of right now only the Tweeds and Broos will be attending.
So we better be making it to all those practices so our girls can be ready!! J That’s only 4 weeks away. I’ve been impressed with how hard they are working and the new things they are learning.
